// SECTION 01

Introduction and Scope of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and tpower2, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. This document governs all aspects of use of the tpower2.one website and all services provided through it.

tpower2 services include online slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and all products and features available on our platform. By accessing, registering or using any part of the tpower2 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document together with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use tpower2 services. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use tpower2 services, users must meet the following requirements:

• Not hold an active tpower2 account or one that was previously closed due to a breach of terms.

tpower2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Users who fail to provide the requested documents within the specified period may find their account access temporarily suspended.

Registration is free and no fees are charged. However, tpower2 reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing a reason.

User Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Opening multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all such accounts being permanently closed, including any balance held within them.

Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their account. This includes:

• Keeping their account username and password confidential.
• Not sharing login information with any other party.
• Reporting any unauthorised activity or access without permission to our support team immediately.
• Ensuring that personal information in the account is always kept up to date and accurate.

tpower2 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their own login information secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the tpower2 platform are subject to the following policy:

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same user's name. tpower2 does not allow fund transfers to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawals are subject to standard internal security checks.

Users must ensure that the payment account details provided are accurate. tpower2 is not responsible for delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

tpower2 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds is permitted.

Welcome Bonus: 100% first deposit bonus up to RM500 with a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value.

Additional conditions that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per user, unless stated otherwise.
• tpower2 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Should you need clarification on any promotion terms, our support team is available to assist.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account or converted directly to cash before the wagering requirements are met.

Users suspected of exploiting bonuses or using hedging strategies to fulfil wagering requirements may face action including cancellation of the relevant bonus.

Responsibilities and Responsible Gambling

tpower2 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. Users are reminded that gambling is for entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as a source of regular income.

Users agree to:

• Only gamble with money they can afford to lose.
• Not gamble while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Set personal limits for their gambling activity.
• Contact the support team immediately if they feel their gambling activity is becoming uncontrollable.

Intellectual Property

• Use any design elements or content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer any software or system used by tpower2.

Use of the tpower2 platform does not grant users any ownership rights or licence over its content, except a limited licence to use the platform for lawful personal purposes.

Limitation of Liability

tpower2 provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantee that the services will always be free from technical interruptions or errors. tpower2 is not liable for:

• Financial losses suffered by users as a result of their own betting decisions.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside tpower2's control, including third-party internet infrastructure failures.
• Indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment systems.

However, this limitation of liability does not reduce any rights users are entitled to under applicable law.

Account Termination and Closure

tpower2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The user breaches any provision of these terms.
• There is evidence of fraud, misappropriation or illegal activity linked to the account.
• The user is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account is found to be involved in money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• Instructions are received from the relevant regulatory authority.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, all pending transactions will be settled first, and any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

tpower2 reserves the right to change, add to or amend any part of these terms at any time in accordance with operational or regulatory compliance requirements. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.

Users will be notified of material amendments via:

• An in-platform notice upon login.
• Email to the address registered on the user's account.

Continued use of the tpower2 platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account before those changes take effect.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tpower2 holds its operating licence. tpower2 operates under an international licence that provides a solid legal framework for user protection.

Should any dispute arise between a user and tpower2, the following steps must be followed:

• Contact the tpower2 support team first to resolve the dispute through negotiation.
• Provide full details of the dispute, including any relevant transaction numbers.
• tpower2 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If a resolution through negotiation cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to tpower2's licensing regulatory body for further action. The decision of the regulatory body is final and binding on both parties.

Malay and English are the official languages for all communications relating to these terms. In the event of any conflict between the Malay and English versions, the Malay version shall prevail.
